Hi Barney,
If it’s the 7DII you could try clearing the settings in the menu and
starting again as you did when you initially got the camera, or maybe try
updating the firmware. Maybe somehow, inadvertently you have put in a
Custom Setting.
I hope you are able to fix the problem as it would be extremely annoying!
