A Whistling Kite was shot on a Victorian wetland open for shooting at Easter weekend. Waterfowl ID tests don’t really explain or excuse these acts. These, together with the kite, were presented at Labor leader, Daniel Andrews’ office on 23/4. Victorian Labor’s policy currently supports duck hunting.
