Carnaby’s Cockatoo

Good morning all

A group of us started a petition re Carnaby’s Cockatoo. Much of their original habitat has been destroyed and many birds are now roosting in pine forest around Perth. Pine forest is now being removed and while the WA Government plans to replace the trees it won’t happen fast enough to save the birds. With every introduction of a plant or animal that goes feral this continent becomes a little less unique, a little less Australian.
