Brown Treecreeper section from HANZAB

Hi all, I am currently writing a description for the south-eastern subspecies of the Brown Treecreeper. I am after the distribution section from HANZAB 5, I believe, for this subspecies and am asking if anyone out there would be able to relay that info to me (including the referencing details).
