It has been pointed out that it is now possible to book admission to the WTP by email – in such cases I guess the person booking may not be made aware of any current access restrictions. This may well explain visits when the plant is officially closed, and I guess Melbourne Water need to consider how restrictions will be communicated to people. ===============================
