Western Treatment Plant closed

The entire plant is closed according to the answering machine message. It is therefore disappointing to read reports of people visiting – continued access to the plant is dependant on birders sticking to the rules – so either people are not ringing up or they are ignoring the messages. We have seen similar incidents recently with Princess Parrots – please let us not get into a situation where we get banned from the WTP! ===============================
