The well documented Long-billed Dowithcher will always put this place on the map but in the last two days, we can also add Oriental Plover and Red-necked Phalarope to the list! I was fortunate to photograph the Red-necked phalarope today at the lake after one of my companions, Bob Hughes, located it in the scope this afternoon. My report has been published on Birdline Victoria with precise details and a photo. As I cannot publish photos on this service, if anyone would like me to send them photos, please email me at: b.okeefe@cccc.vic.edu.au
