Howdy birders
Edwin Vella reported one from Shanes Park on the weekend of September 11/12 and I saw and photographed this guy at the baseball fields in North Penrith, along Andrews Road on September 16. See here: http://www.eremaea.com/sightingphotos/1/14696.jpg
Looking at the NPWS Wildlife Atlas there is one record from the Penrith LGA in 2008 around Horsley Park and three records from the Hawkesbury LGA. I have not checked all LGAs for that matter by the way.
Would anyone have any comments regarding this species’ distribution, sightings or other info in general?
