Today I had 6 Wandering Tattlers – an unusually large number for this bird in Australia – on the Sunshine Coast, all in breeding plumage. The birds were behaving unusually, calling constantly and chasing each other about. Sooty Oystercatcher and Reef Heron were also present. Pictures here: http://sunshinecoastbirds.blogspot.com.au/.
