Enough cloud has cleared in the the latest Aqua satellite image to see Lake Eyre refilling with what looks like a major flood in the Macumba: http://rapidfire.sci.gsfc.nasa.gov/imagery/subsets/?subset=AERONET_Tinga_Tingana.2012063.aqua.721.500m Also now water in Lake Torrens further south where there was a huge Banded Stilt breeding event 2 years ago.
