Quote from Dave Torr- “Unfortunately twitching a parrot from a plane is probably a little harder!” (Hi Dave- I know you’re a hardened (ex UK) twitcher and are first to jump on board Jack’s boat!!)
As in my post earlier in the week regarding my interest and to help explain the twichers mind to Philip V . I’m sure there will be a number of international visitors like myself very keen to have ago- and effectively regard the $3000 airfare worth it alone just for the chance of ‘seeing for themself’ such a hard to see species. Also Philip, you will find that some of the biggest ‘world twichers’ are also the biggest names in orthithological research and conservation. Thankyou for the great open information you are all providing- and good luck. (If only I could get on the plane now but I have to twitch some butterflies today but we won’t go there!)
