Thank you to all of you (Alan, Peter, Marie, Steve, Jim, Terry, Edwin, Philip – hope I haven’t missed anyone…) who responded to my request for info regarding * Eastern Bristlebird * Rockwarbler * Pilotbird * Gang-gang Cockatoo

in the area of Sydney – Nowra for next weekend. Can I just impose once more and ask again if locals could txt me on 0412 522 962 if you see any of these species in the coming 4 days (21 – 24 July) – especially Gang-gangs. We will of course try the spots we have rec’d advice about, but up to date info is always welcome!

Cheers

and thanks again

Colin & Stu.

When I visited the Booderee National Park the other week, the ladies in the information building told me that they often see EBB running across the road early in the morning, and that they were locally common (you know you are in the right area when you see the EBB warning signs). They recommended the Bot Gardens as one spot to have a look (closed when I was there). I did see one EBB scurry along a side track late in the afternoon.

    Regards, Laurie.
