I don’t think this bird is as naturally dark in the underwing coverts as the Ulladulla bird. I think this bird looks more normal but with the pale fringes of the greater underwing coverts and elsewhere worn away, a number of coverts are also missing. The Ulladulla bird from last year is still the odd one out.
