David Stowe has just reminded me that permits will probably apply to anyone headed out to Jupiter Well. For more info try Ngaanyatjarra Land Council on 08-89501711
Hi Birders, Further to John Penhallurick’s post I can confirm that, sadly, Princess Parrots are not at the sites in the NT where they were encountered last year. This information comes to me from a very reputable source. So, remote Jupiter Well once again is looking like the best option for birders to see these magical birds. Good luck to anyone who sets out there in search of them. Be sure to keep us posted on your return!
