I.d. needed on photo

Hi everyone. Have just returned from a visit to Europe, etc. I took some photos of a warbler in Suzdal, about 100km east of Moscow. I believe that it’s either a Marsh Warbler or Blyth’s Reed Warbler but there are enough inconsistencies to leave me wondering. Unusual rainbow lorikeet

Hi all, There was a flock of Rainbow Lorikeets on my lawn a couple of days ago. One of them, while having all the usual colours on the front, had a bright yellow back and wings instead of green. I double checked that it was definitely a Rainbow lorikeet. Is this a mutation? Or a . . . → Read More: Unusual rainbow lorikeet

RFI Norfolk Island

Hi All,

My wife and I are holidaying on Norfolk Island in the first week of October.

Any tips on where to see the land endemics and various seabirds would be much appreciated.

Also, is the Northern Shoveller still around or any other unusual sightings?

Thanks

Martin Woodward
