New Holland Honeyeaters breeding

Today l noticed two fledgling NHHs in a shrub outside my lounge room window. They must have hatched early May which seems fairly early according to Pizzey et al. Has anyone else noticed early breeding in Honeyeaters ( or extremely late!)?

Breeding New Holland Honeyeaters

Its been pointed out that I neglected to state where the breeding NHHs are in my previous post. I’m in central Victoria near Maryborough, the fledglings are in a large shrub in my front yard and appear to have hatched early May.

cheers

Blue-winged Parrot

My wife and I are in Melbourne for a week. We would love to video and photograph Blue-winged Parrots and a few other species. I see from eBird surveys that they are regularly at the WTP but we do not know our way around WTP so we are seeking any help that may be available. . . . → Read More: Blue-winged Parrot
