So I’m camping at Red Cliffs about an hour and a half Sth of Murwillumbah NSW and I just heard the Ground Parrot calling twice …perfect habitat near Red Cliffs camping area…
Very distinctive call….I’ve seen and heard them calling often at Melaleuca when I visited a while ago in Tassie so the call is very distinctive and familiar…
Are they known to be here? I imagine so…
Anyone seen sightings here
