Hi fellow birders. We were going to try visiting Boyters Lane at Jerseyville this weekend – driving down from Brisbane – hopefully to see the Hudsonian Godwit. Unfortunately, the latest eBird checklists have not reported it. Does anyone have any news or views about this bird and the likelihood of it returning to this particular site. It’s a long way to come if the chances are nil.
