The Bush Stone Curlews in my backyard are not nesting they were just using the spot as a daytime roost. The camera is back on the bird bath best time is about 3pm EST to view a variety of Honeyeaters. This is a new2MP camera and works day/night.

Norfolk Island Sooty Terns
Hi all,
Flying over to Norfolk Island on Wednesday to set up 3 high resolution IP surveillance cameras for a study on Sooty Terns. 3 study sites have been chosen on Phillip Island (7km off the coast of Norfolk). Each camera will be connected wirelessly to a common access point which in turn is connected to a wireless bridge to Norfolk Island. Each camera also has onboard storage of video and pictures which can be accessed and downloaded. All equipment is powered by solar panels/battery all developed locally here in Central Queensland. Federal National Parks staff will be able to access both live video and stored video/pictures from their office minimizing impact on the breeding Sooty Terns.
It is hoped that some live vision will be available through their website as well so, keep a look out.
