Hi All, I am interested in hearing about people’s observations of foraging flocks consisting of more than one babbler species. I have observed grey-crowned (GCB) and Hall’s (HB) foraging together, GCB and chestnut-crowned (CCB) and HB, and CCB and HB on Bowra Sanctuary and Currawinya National Park. I am particularly interested in hearing any observations of white-browed babblers with any of the other three species, but welcome any observations people care to share. If you have observed this mixed foraging behaviour, then I’d appreciate hearing from you. I’d also appreciate any observations of habitats used by white-browed babblers in north-west NSW and south-west QLD Regards,Dean Portelli**************************************************PhD candidate – Behavioural Ecology and Conservation of Hall’s BabblerSchool of Biological, Earth and Environmental SciencesUniversity of New South WalesSydney NSW 2052 ============================== To unsubscribe from this mailing list, send the message: unsubscribe (in the body of the message, with no Subject line) to: birding-aus-request@vicnet.net.au
