I’d suggest reporting the website problem to the EPA – http://www.epa.nsw.gov.au/help/feedback.htm Cheers David Parker Griffith NSW —–Original Message—– From: birding-aus-bounces@lists.vicnet.net.au [mailto:birding-aus-bounces@lists.vicnet.net.au] On Behalf Of Carl Clifford Sent: Tuesday, 9 July 2013 12:39 PM To: Birding-Aus Aus Subject: [Birding-Aus] Removal of targeted survey requirements for Regent Parrot In todays Sydney Morning Herald (p33), there is a Public Notice under Clause 69(1) of the Forestry Act 2012. Among the several Notifications in the Notice, is “Notification of Amendment No. 2 to the Integrated Forestry Operations Approval for the River Red Gum Region. This Notification includes the section; 2. Amendments to the Threatened Species Licence 2.1 Removal of targeted survey requirements for Regent Parrot and additional restrictions in Regent Parrot habitat. These amendments were made to to improve protection for the Regent Parrot in the IFOA region.” A link is given in the advertisement, but it just comes up as a “not found” and redirects to the EPA web site. Does anyone know what this notice means for the Regent Parrot?
