Last minute vacancy on Grey Falcon & Letter-winged Kite tour (advertisement) Inbox

Hi all,
A last-minute vacancy for 2 persons has arisen
on our 7-day "Grey Falcon & Letter-winged Kite tour",
commencing in Mt Isa on 16 Sep and finishing in Adelaide on 22 Sep 2023. We will witness spectacular breeding events of Letter-winged Kites as well as roosting and possibly nesting Grey Falcons. Other good birds we will look for include Black Falcon, Black-breasted Buzzard, 3 spp of Grasswren, Gibberbird, Flock Bronzewing, Cockatiels & Budgies & many other great outback specialties.

Hi all,

I have  a recording of a bird call I would like help with identification.

I have recorded on the ‘voice memo’ app on my iPhone.

Can anyone provide instructions about how to take that recording off my iPhone and into a format that I can send as an email attachment to this group?

Black-breasted Buttonquail Inskip Point…

Hi all…i’ll be at Inskip point on Tuesday night 5th July…
Are there still any reliable campsites/locations to see BBBQ ?
I heard they’re not as common as they used to be in certain areas there?
Just trying to book a campsite tonight right now… and was wondering which
one to book in relation to the location of the Quail..
I’ll check eBird also yes but…just getting some more feedback if anyone has any..
