where’s the pallid cuckoos this year?

Had them for a few weeks at wilmington SA. Budgies arrived a couple of weeks ago and rufous songlark approx 5 weeks ago. Budgies sere flying through Horrocks pass in small groups. Hi I’m curious – are you? Normally by mid-August around where I live the air is thick with the calls of Pallid Cuckoos. One can barely move through the countryside edgewise without bumping into a few.
